1. Full Duration Replacement Warranty

We offer 100% replacement warranty for the entire duration of your subscription (e.g. 30 days for monthly plans, 1 year for Canva Pro). If your account credentials stop working or subscription rights expire early, we will provide a new account or invitation link free of charge.

2. Turnaround Time for Claims

Once a replacement ticket is submitted through our Support Center with a valid screenshot, our activation team resolves it within 10 to 30 minutes during business hours (9:00 AM to 12:00 AM PKT). Off-hours tickets are resolved next morning.

3. Conditions voiding Warranty

Your replacement warranty will be instantly voided without refund if:

• You change the account email, password, or profile settings of a shared subscription.
• You log in on more devices than allowed by your selected plan limit.
• You attempt to resell individual screens of shared accounts without reseller authorization.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

• We are unable to provide a functional replacement account within 48 hours of your warranty ticket submission.
• The service experiences permanent downtime and cannot be activated at all.
